The design process starts with a one to one consultation, at which stage it is best to have your dress or outfit available to match colours and style.
Once designed your headpiece will then be tailored specifically for you and any adjustments made before your final fitting.

A little bit of background...
I have been creating and tweaking hats and headpieces for nearly 20 years, the first occasion being a friend’s summer wedding in Oxfordshire.
I had a selection of pink, blush and cream feathers which I fashioned into a fascinator. It was a one-off, so there was no fear of someone else wearing it.
It was at a time in my life when I was on the “wedding circuit”, so before the next round of weddings, a number of friends asked me to create something affordable and unique for them, and I loved it!
I even had a Mother of the Bride ask me to incorporate her late father’s tie into her fascinator so that he was part of the celebrations on his granddaughter’s special day...
Years later, after taking a course in millinery, I acquired the necessary skills to be more confident and skilled in my techniques. The possibilities now seemed endless and Pink Feather was created, with the name a fitting tribute to my very first creation.
Now that the world feels like it might be back to normal, I look forward to bringing bespoke millinery to women who once thought anything bespoke was just for the rich and famous.
